Our Story
Welcome to Antidotum!
My name is Keytrin Ferraz, and I am the founder of Antidotum. Originally from Brazil, I arrived in Australia around 2017. As an immigrant, job opportunities were limited, leading me to start working in the cleaning industry. From regular housekeeping to construction site clean-ups, I’ve experienced it all.
From a young age, I had a passion for organizing spaces. I would often rearrange my parents’ living room and spend hours meticulously organizing every detail. While working as a cleaner in Australia, I realized I couldn’t clean without organizing first. I often found myself going above and beyond, rearranging clients’ kitchen cabinets or tidying up other rooms. Clients began to notice and started requesting these additional services. What started as a fun activity soon became a sought-after offering, with some clients hiring me solely for organizing tasks.
As my English improved, I explored various roles in sales, retail, and kitchen environments. These experiences enriched my skills and provided insights into the organizational needs of commercial spaces. During our time in Brisbane, I built a team of nearly ten cleaners and organizing assistants.
In 2024, my partner and I relocated to Perth. Being new to the city felt like starting from scratch. During this period, I pursued a course to become a Professional Organizer, which proved to be invaluable. Armed with new knowledge and a renewed passion, I was ready to formalize my business.
I named my venture “Antidotum,” derived from the Latin word for “antidote,” symbolizing our mission to cleanse and revitalize spaces. Today, we are a growing team of five dedicated professionals.
